Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be converted into real balance through bets that meet the rollover requirements described in each promotion. Real balance resulting from winning bets placed with bonuses may be withdrawn normally once all conditions have been met.
In security or compliance situations, 88games may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal. In such cases, the processing time may be extended by up to 72 business hours. The User will be notified by email if this occurs.

The odds displayed on the platform at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent changes do not affect already confirmed bets. 88games reserves the right to correct odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error before the bet is confirmed by the User.
Bet settlement follows the official results published by the governing body of each competition. For Brazilian football, the official source is the CBF. For international competitions, the relevant organizing bodies (FIFA, CONMEBOL, UEFA, etc.).
Live bets are processed in real time. In the event of a technical issue that prevents a live bet from being correctly processed, 88games will cancel the bet and return the wagered amount to the User's balance. The platform is not liable for live bets that were not processed due to connectivity issues on the User's end.
Cash out allows the User to settle a bet before the event ends, accepting the value offered at the time of the request. Cash out is not available on all bets and may be temporarily suspended during live events. The cash out value may be lower than the potential return of the original bet.
A bet may be voided and the amount returned to the User's balance in the following cases: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time; an official result is not available within a reasonable timeframe; or a verified technical error occurs during bet processing.

The 88games VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with automatic progression based on the current month's wagering volume. The weekly cashback is calculated on the net negative betting balance from the previous week and credited automatically every Sunday. Weeks with a positive balance do not generate cashback.
